Children’s data should be handled carefully and minimally. This page explains the practical approach used in Young Artists Anthology.
Short answer: schools manage permissions, publication naming is limited, and parent order information is only collected when a family actively places an order.
How children are shown in print
The standard publication format is first name plus surname initial, year group and school.
Full pupil names are not intended to be publicly exposed more widely than necessary.

Parent contact and delivery details are collected only when a parent chooses to place an order.
